Dine on the banks of the River Shannon every evening in The Brasserie Bar Sunday to Thursday from 5:30pm to last orders 9:30pm, Friday and Saturday and Bank Holiday Sundays 5:30pm – 9:30pm. Or opt for Elements Bistro, open Tuesday to Thursday 6:30pm to 9pm and Friday and Saturdays 6pm to 9:30pm last orders. Winter period Saturday only 6pm – 9:15pm last orders .
